Miracles

Have you ever seen or witnessed a miracle take place before your very eyes? The average American would say probably not. And the reason for that is they most likely aren't looking hard enough.

A miracle is defined as: "an extraordinary event manifesting DIVINE intervention in HUMAN affairs." Did you catch that? In other words, it's God making something SUPERNATURAL happen, or take place, here in the NATURAL realm we call Life. So then, can you name any miracles?

A miracle is the creation of a day. A miracle can be you waking up this morning. A miracle can be seen as basically ANYTIME God has let something occur that otherwise would NOT have happened in this Life. You may be asking yourself, "how can me waking up be a miracle?" Simply put, I'm sure there may be a time in your life when you might have been headed for utter destruction, and little did you know, that WOULD HAVE been your last day! But thank God, you DIDN'T die, or get hurt, or wake up in a hospital bed. THAT IS A MIRACLE! God has manifested Himself in your life, and you might have just taken it for granted. And every day you are still HERE, is a direct result from God's sovereign grace.

The fact that God IS sovereign simply means He can do "whatever he wants", or, "one that exercises supreme authority". And believe it or not, God granted you grace because He is sovereign, and He WANTED to tell you that you ARE special to Him. So examine yourself, look around you, your circumstances, and ask yourself: "Do I see any miracles happening around me that I may have missed?" I'm quite positive you do.
